Sometimes reducing or reassigning employees has been the best path forward, but always with the intent of aligning corporate and employee objectives with those of the business.

A favourite highlight was being the first person hired by the new President as the operations and integration specialist trusted to evaluate seven acquired companies from Vancouver to Halifax. The end result was the largest financial dealership in Canada, with over 3500 sales advisors, new management and an efficient new head office operations and call center.

Regardless of the crisis or business challenge, I listen first, show empathy, and stay calm while quickly gathering facts. With a collaborative mindset, I communicate with executives and subject matter experts and immediately execute a strategized plan.
